Madison has provided contract housing for the U.S. Government and U.S. Military over the past thirteen (13) years. In March 2010, Madison was awarded our GSA Schedule 48 contract; this contract was subsequently extended for another five-year period and our current contract end in March of 2020. Madison is strategically based in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area in an effort to provide the most efficient and effective support to our clients.
